In 2021, the club unveiled a state-of-the-art High Performance Centre, inaugurated by HRH Prince William. This two-storey facility includes a high-performance gym, a 50-metre indoor running track, a sandpit, match analysis rooms, and treatment areas, significantly enhancing the club’s sports science and rehabilitation capabilities. The training ground also boasts a 500-seat mini-stadium, allowing academy teams to host matches on-site, fostering a cohesive development environment.
Bodymoor Heath Training Ground is Aston Villa Football Club’s training ground, located at Bodymoor Heath in the North Warwickshire district of Warwickshire, England. The site was purchased from a farmer by then Aston Villa Chairman Doug Ellis in the early 1970s. The ground is situated near Fazeley, in the Tame Valley, by the side of the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal, a short distance from Drayton Manor Theme Park and Middleton Hall. It lies close to The Belfry Golf Club, Middleton Lakes RSPB reserve and Kingsbury Water Park, just a few hundred metres from the M42 link to Tamworth and Birmingham.

Looking ahead, Aston Villa has proposed further enhancements, including a 40-room accommodation block for players and staff, improved facilities for women’s and youth teams, new administrative offices, and an additional covered 3G pitch.
