Michael M. Adler was confirmed by the U.S. Senate as Ambassador on December 17 and sworn in on December 21, 2021. 

As the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Adler Group, Inc., one of South Florida’s largest and most successful real estate companies, Adler played a significant role in the growth and development of South Florida as a major center for international trade.  Adler Group, Inc., formed in 1978, is a multi-profile real estate firm covering markets from South Florida to Texas and the Mid-Atlantic, and offering services in such areas as development, general contracting, real estate brokerage, leasing, and property management. 

Adler has been heavily involved in many charities, nonprofits, higher education institutions, and Jewish advocacy groups.  Among other activities, Adler served as Chairman of Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Board of Trustees and Vice Chairman of Florida International University’s Board of Trustees. 

In addition to being a loving husband, father, and grandfather, he is also a proud ‘Miami Hurricanes’ athletics supporter since graduating from the University of Miami in 1973 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
