Cypriot Permanent Representation to the European Union
The Permanent Representation of Cyprus to the EU is Cyprus’ busiest and biggest diplomatic mission. Led by Ambassador Christina Rafti the Permanent Representation’s mission is to promote the interests of Cyprus in the European Union (EU) and to actively contribute and participate in all community matters. The Permanent Representation represents Cyprus in Council meetings and works closely with other EU institutions in order to promote the interests of our country and the European Union in general. The Representation’s guidelines are set by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with other Ministries and Departments of the Republic of Cyprus.
