Alviso Marina County Park
Alviso Marina County Park is a ~19 acre public park located at the southernmost edge of the San Francisco bay salt ponds. The marshlands here are a popular place for hikers, bikers and boaters alike. There is plenty of free parking and public restrooms are available. There is a boat ramp here for putting in small vessels including kayaks
Alviso Marina County Park offers beautiful views of San Francisco Bay and the amazing wildlife that call it home. Birds of many varieties live in the vast marshes that outline the bay, and are accessible by walking down the multiple boardwalks that lead out into the marsh. Hiking, biking and bird watching are favorite activities in both the park and the refuge, while picnicking and strolling.
