Al’s Place
AL’s Place is a neighborhood restaurant in the Mission district of San Francisco from chef-owner Aaron London. We offer a seasonal, ingredient-driven menu, that highlights the produce of Northern California. AL’s Place has no dress code. We want to create a fun, relaxed and exciting place for people to come together and enjoy food in the company of family and friends!
This light, bright Mission diner is as much a neighborhood bistro as it is a Michelin-starred fine dining establishment. Aaron London’s seasonal menus, heavy on local fruits and vegetables, are fresh and complex, full of dishes like hamachi crudo with crispy potato, bashed turnips and bagna cauda and grits with goat milk curds. The cocktails, too, are full of ingredients from fields and trees like bergamot and wormwood. There’s no tasting menu here so order as you please.
