L ‘abbey of the Augustinian Canons of Neustift is first and foremost an active monastery. Neustift is a place dedicated to the Glory of God and the service of men. Secondly it Produces georgous wine from the vineyards of the Augustinian Canons in the range of white wines That Are typical of the Eisack Valley. Here, winemaking tradition dates back to the foundation of the monastery in 1142.
