Per Se’s commitment to hospitality begins long before you sit down at our table. We reopen Per Se in the same way that has guided us since opening our doors 17 years ago: with keen attention to detail, warmth and hospitality, and with the goal of making happy memories for our guests.

Per Se is now taking reservations. Join us for our Chef’s Tasting menus from Tuesday to Saturday. Seatings begin at 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm.

Per Se (perseny.com) is Thomas Keller’s French Laundry reinvented in a sophisticated urban style. The restaurant, in the glass-front Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle, has sweeping views of the city and Central Park. Like California’s French Laundry, Per Se has a blue door, fireplace and garden.

The restaurant is decorated in earthy tones and materials, from wood, granite and marble to copper floor tiles. Two tasting menus are offered daily — a chef’s tasting and a seasonal vegetable menu — small portions are whisked away as soon as you are finished and replaced with the next course. Savoury seafood dishes and local farm vegetables are favourites, served with surprising accents and inventive textures and flavours. The intimate dining room, lounge and private dining spaces coddle those lucky enough to score a reservation.
