Tin Lung Heen Michelin Restaurant
Set on the upper floors of the ICC, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong offers elegant dining experiences in beautifully designed spaces. The futuristic bar on our top floor and the Michelin-starred Tin Lung Heen and Tosca di Angelo restaurants all overlook Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline.
Overlooking Hong Kong from the 102nd floor of Kowloon’s ICC, Tin Lung Heen celebrates traditional Cantonese cuisine in a fine dining setting. Dishes, including dim sum, are paired with exquisite teas, and six-course tasting menus showcase the beautiful presentation and careful execution that earned the restaurant its Michelin stars. Eight private dining rooms are available for corporate gatherings and family celebrations.
Dress Code: Gentlemen are requested to refrain from wearing beach sandals, open-toed shoes, sleeveless shirts or shorts.
Aptly named ‘sky dragon pavilion’ in Chinese, this grand restaurant perched on the 102nd floor of a skyscraper is furnished generously in red wood veneer. The vast windows flood the room with natural light and make it a good spot to see the sunset or the city’s nightscape. Among the signature dishes are honey-glazed Iberian pork char siu (pre-ordering needed), and double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw in coconut. Private rooms are also charming.
