Kuwaiti Fresh Fish Market
At The FishMarket, taste the local culture through delicious food. One of the oldest fish-markets in the country, the area’s centuries-old traditions become apparent as you walk through the crowded stalls. The numerous vendors along the market offer a wide variety of seafood, always fresh and ready to cook.
Naturally it smells in a fish market, but overall it is a clean place with information boards in Arabic and English, with toilets, first aid and restaurants. All kind of fresh fish is for sale at the various stalls, also some sepia, big shrimps and quite big crabs. What I didn’t see were lobster, octopus, calamari and every kind of molluscs.
