New Yard Michelin Restaurant
This converted 17C stable building adjoins a craft gallery hidden in the grounds of the Trelowarren Estate. Rusticity abounds in the spacious timber-walled room and its doors open onto a lovely terrace. Local produce guides the seasonal menu, with some produce grown on or foraged from the estate. We minimise energy usage by offering a no-options menu, and we ask suppliers to send in what they have in abundance rather than creating extra demand. We rear chickens and pigs and grow our own produce using regenerative agricultural systems.
