Sitting unpretentiously on the lower ground floor of Starhill Gallery mall, the restaurant’s décor is elaborate with Balinese-style tables, candlelight and polished antique brassware. Relying heavily on age-old family recipes, the food at this halal (pork-free) restaurant has such a rich, home-made flavour to it and while the spice levels are just perfect for locals, diners can also request that the kitchen tone down the chilli factor to appease mellower taste buds.
