Spring Restaurant
This sun-lit coffee shop of the hotel is open throughout the day, serving breakfast to in-room guests, as well as lunch, dinner and snacks. Though they pride themselves on their Indian food, some of their Western dishes are surprisingly good. Grilled chicken chops on fondant potatoes have a deeply savoury sauce to accompany the succulent chicken. Indian dishes include the murgh dum biryani with salan and burrani raita. Diners are free to order from the menu even while the buffet is served.
