The Forbidden Corner is situated in Tubgill Park in the Yorkshire Dales. Once built as a private folly, it is now open to the public to enjoy a day of unbridled happiness and exploration in a vision of fantasy on a huge scale. Made up of a labyrinth of tunnels, follies, chambers and large surprise statues all within a walled four acre garden, this visitor attraction is one of our favourites.

From wild boars to forest giants, this exciting venue is filled with creatures from the imagination and treasures and tricks to be discovered. There is also a café on the grounds where you can enjoy a variety of lovely snacks, as well as a more sophisticated restaurant for those needing something more substantial with an accompaniment of good wines. The Bell Barn caters for special occasions, functions and of course, weddings. Tubgill Park offers luxury holiday cottage and B&B room accommodation.
