Queen Adelaide’s Hill

This clockwise circuit above and around the A592 Rayrigg Road offers a fascinating, contrasting and easy walk. First look over the lake from the open top of Queen Adelaide’s Hill before following the lakeshore through the historical buildings of Millerground and ascending to Windermere’s St Mary’s Church. Paths and lanes weave through the outskirts of the town to follow through woods.
