U Boat Bunker Valentin, Bremen, Germany
Vist and tour historical bunker Valentin situated close to Bremen. Expereince first hand the history of a submarine shipyard from the Second World War.
Between 1943 and 1945, thousands of forced laborers from all over Europe were employed here: civilian workers as well as prisoners of war and concentration camp prisoners. More than 1100 of them died of malnutrition, disease, and voluntary killing during the construction work.
