Cape Shiretoko, Shari, Japan
Cape Puyuni, on a climbing slope along the road from Utoro to the Shiretoko Nature Center, is well known for its stunning views and sunsets.
You can see beautiful views of the Sea of Okhotsk coastline and Utoro harbor, and on a very clear day, you see as far as the mountains in Akan National Park.
In winter, the first glimpses of the approaching drift ice can be seen from this spot.
