Giant Gundam Statue, Tokyo, Japan

A 20-meter (65-foot) robot towers over Tokyo Bay. The Gundam Statue in the Odaiba area of Tokyo, is a 59 foot (18 meter) tall 1:1 scale model of a Gundam in Shiokaze Park outside the DiverCity Tokyo Plaza mall.

Odaiba’s old RX-78-2 Gundam statue has been replaced by a new RX-0 Unicorn Gundam model. The new statue can transform between two modes and visitors can catch the switch at specific times of the day.
