Ras al Hadd Castle, Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate, Oman
This castle lies in Ras Al Hadd area in Wilayt Sur in the A’Sharqiyah South Governorate (Eastern Region). It is one of Ras Al Hadd historical monuments with a length of 16 metres and a width of 13 metres. It includes two towers and openings for defence and surveillance. The castle also has a number of facilities, the most important of which are the ammunition store and water well.
