Royal Bhutan Temple, Daijokyo Buddist Temple, Bihar, India
It’s a big white statue of Buddha sitting on a raised platform flanked on each side by white statues of five standing monks (so ten monks in total), and if you look carefully you’ll see that their ‘arm gestures’ are all different from one another’s thus making each statue “unique”. You can walk up pretty close to the Buddha but there’s a fence immediately around the platform and also the floor tiles in the area around the Buddha where you have to walk barefoot (or just wearing socks) are quite hot in the afternoon sun .
