Celebrating 50 Years

We are delighted that on the 11th of May, 2026, for the first time ever, we’ll be hosting A King’s Trust Celebration, in partnership with TK Maxx at the Royal Albert Hall! With inspiring music, comedy, and stories that showcase the courage and creativity of young people supported by The Trust, we will be celebrating 50 years of impact and will look forward to the next 50.

An extraordinary, one-night-only event, celebrating the work of youth charity The King’s Trust as it turns 50 years young.  Hosted by Ant and Dec, this special evening will bring together music, comedy, awards, and unforgettable performances. The night will celebrate the courage, creativity, and achievements of young people supported by The King’s Trust in the UK and around the world.

An all-star line-up including Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, Sir Rod Stewart, Rita Ora, Ronnie Wood, Anne-Marie and Craig David, will blend British icons and rising talent to spotlight the young award winners and their extraordinary stories of resilience, ingenuity, and hope that prove what’s possible when young people are given the chance to thrive.

The King’s Trust

Working for young people for 50 years

Since its inception in 1976, the charity founded by HM King Charles III has helped more than 1.3 million young people build brighter futures. Today, we continue that mission by supporting 11 to 30-year-olds with training, business start-up support and building crucial life skills on the path to employment.

Every young person should have the chance to succeed

At The King’s Trust, we believe that every young person should have the chance to succeed, no matter their background or the challenges they are facing. We help young people from disadvantaged communities and those facing the greatest adversity by supporting them to build the confidence and skills to live, learn and earn.

How we support young people

Our courses, resources and other support help people aged 11 to 30 to develop essential life skills, get ready for work and access job opportunities. We support young people to find work because having a job or running a business can lead to a more stable, fulfilling life.
Over the last five years, 3 in 4 young people supported by The Trust moved into work, education or training.
We know that by helping young people today, the benefits will be felt for years to come – not just for those we support, but for their communities and the wider economy.
