Tsesarevich Embankment, Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, Russia
The embankment is nice to walk around and watch the boats, bridge and other people wandering around the area as well. You can see very many different types of ships here (military, commercial, sports).
There is always enough space to park, a few kiosks with coffee-pizza, kids and skaters. Spectacular view of the bridge.
