On October 5, 2017, Franco Giannetti fulfilled his dream of a French brasserie and found the former location of the very well-known Ristorante GALLO at Huyssenallee 7, in the immediate vicinity of the Aalto Music Theater and the Essener Philarmonie. Simple, uncomplicated francophone brasserie-style cuisine awaits you every Tuesday to Friday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 6 p.m.
White from the Sancerre, Muscadet, Chablis regions. Reds from Beaujolais or Bordeaux. Sparkling and foamy wines from Champagne and Alsace. Pineau des Charentes, Pastis, Suze, Vermouth as an aperitif or a glass of Chartreuse to finish?! The wide range of drinks rounds off the concept.
