Nagataya
Nagataya is a popular and highly recommended Japanese restaurant in Hiroshima that specializes in okonomiyaki. When choosing their ingredients, they are highly selective.
The okonomiyaki sauce is the original one from the Otafuku company. To make this sauce less greasy, they add more tomatoes and less salt than usual. For okonomiyaki, you can choose between soba or udon noodles which are both fried in pork bone broth. Although there’s an extensive list of toppings, Takarajima green onions seem to get picked the most.
