The Center of Events of Ceará, an equipment of the Secretary of Tourism, is the most modern of the space of the genre in Latin America and the second largest of Brazil in useful area, with 76 thousand m². One of its main brands is the versatility: it is a multipurpose equipment whose vocation is to receive fairs, exhibitions and other types of events. To do so, it is divisible into up to 44 different spaces, adaptable to the needs of the organizers, while housing events of different types, sizes and vocations. The equipment is divided in two large blocks, composed by exhibition hall and two mezzanines, with 18 modular rooms each.

The spaces have intelligent air conditioning and lighting; soundproofing; Electrical installations and sound, communication and telephony systems. The pavilions were divided in halls of 1,500 to 4,500m² all with names of great tourist destinations of the Coast of Ceará. The Pavilhão Oeste can be divided into 5 spaces (Pecém, Taíba, Mundaú, Almofala and Jericoacoara), and the Pavilhão Leste in three spaces (Icapuí, Aracati and Iguape) by means of dividers of 13.65 meters high and folding, of To be completely collected in a niche on the wall. In addition, they have acoustic insulation.

These 36 rooms (18 in each block) are equipped with communication and technology systems and can be used in different ways according to the needs of the organizer: auditoriums, exhibitions, lectures, conferences, meetings, support rooms (administration, press , Simultaneous translation, etc.).
