Hayato is a place where we have the responsibility of showcasing the work of master craftspeople in many fields. Potters, fishmongers, carpenters, kimono makers, tea masters, sake brewers and countless other artisans are all part of the team help us create a dining experience. Just as we have a duty to our guests, we also have a duty to those who devote their lives to the crafts that are the building blocks of a Japanese restaurant.
