Himley Hall and Park

Mansion with a park created by Capability Brown in the 18th century, open for tours, angling & golf.  A commanding 18th Century building set amongst 180 acres of ‘Capability’ Brown landscaped parkland. Once the family home to the Earls of Dudley and host to royalty and high society, today it is a glamorous setting for civil wedding ceremonies and receptions and other special occasions as well as Indulgent Afternoon Teas, prestigious conference facilities and guided tours.

Visitors may participate in specially organised guided tours of the Hall that take them through unseen rooms, from the Servants Quarters to the Ballroom, from the Butler’s sitting room to the Earl of Dudley’s bedrooms!  Visitors can also see the refurbished North Wing complete with Art Deco style Swimming Pool Room and Cinema Bar. The tour of the Hall lasts for approximately 1½ hours and is followed by tea, coffee and homemade biscuits which is included in
the price.
